I want to know if it is possible to use a Visa Electron Card online. It is actually an ordinary savings account with a debit card for buying things. IT DOES NOT HAVE AN EXPIRY DATE OR CVC ON IT. The card only has a 16-digit number on the front and an savings account number on the back that has 10 digits. It is issued by Absa bank (MegaU Account). It has a Visa Electron logo but no expiry or CVC.

I live in South Africa.

Sure you can use it like a regular credit debit card. But most people just have the monies transferred from their savings to their checking to avoid having to use two cards.
